Looking back I started my real estate journey at the young age of 19! My Husband and I purchased our first home a fix and flip just a few days before my 20th birthday. Through the years, I have transitioned to investing more in farmland and currently own 3 farms. My husband and I primarily use cattle to "cash flow" and this allows us to pay for our land investments. Cattle move with inflation, and we have found this to be a very helpful tool to expand our investments. We also have completed several fix and flips using that money to invest in other cash flowing rental properties. I have helped several families find forever homes as well as help investors find cash flowing deals! it is my passion to scour the internet looking for the overlooked-on market and off market deals. Along with my real estate license I am also a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. When I am not working or spending time with family, you can find me fishing!
